A one-person web dev studio
for companies that don't want
I design and ship polished websites and apps in Next.js — from the first brief to a production deploy. No middlemen, no fluff, no handing your work to juniors.
Four specific areas wherecraft makes the difference
I don't take every project. I specialise in the areas where refined UX, performance and thoughtful architecture deliver the biggest business results.
Company / expert website
I design and code websites for companies and experts that aren't “just another business-card landing page”, but a real sales tool. Information architecture, content and Next.js code are built together — with no technical details on your side.
Sales landing page for campaigns
A landing page tailored to a specific campaign — with thoughtful copy, trust-building sections and a form that actually converts. Ideal for product launches, releases and paid campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads).
Web app / SaaS / client panel
I build complex apps in React/Next.js with a FastAPI backend — configurators, client panels, SaaS MVPs, B2B tools. I integrate payments, CRM and AI so the product genuinely supports your business processes, rather than just “looking good”.
Automation & integrations (AI, n8n)
If your team wastes time manually copying data between systems — I automate it. I connect your site or app with a CRM, auction systems, payments or LLM models so data flows without human intervention.
The same entry price.Completely different outcomes.
Not every agency works this way, but this is exactly how many clients describe their previous experiences.
- A game of broken telephoneYou talk to an account manager who has no clue about code or design. Changes take days.
- Work on ready-made templatesQuick copy-paste Elementor with a pile of plugins that slow the site down.
- Project handed to juniorsAfter the sale, the work lands with interns or the cheapest subcontractors — for the agency's margin.
- Just another row in a spreadsheetThe agency runs dozens of projects at once. Yours is a small line in the annual budget.
- Direct dialogue with the engineerYou discuss every UX, UI and code question directly with me. Decisions and tweaks take minutes, not days.
- Tailor-made in Next.jsEvery interface element is designed and coded for you. Maximum speed, no unnecessary dependencies.
- One person accountableOne person owns the design, code and deployment — an experienced full-stack dev who puts their name on the project.
- I deliberately limit my projectsI take a dozen or so projects a year. Yours gets full focus, not a “slot in the calendar”.
Five stepswith no surprises
An orderly, transparent process — at every stage you know what's happening, what I'm doing, what you're doing and what you get out of it.
Discovery and brief
A short call (60-90 min): business goal, target customer, offer, competition and hard constraints. We leave with a concrete scope, not a “huge idea for everything”.
Architecture and UX
I lay out the page/screen structure, define user journeys and sections, assemble draft content and a wireframe. This is where we make the decisions that save the most time later.
UI design in Figma
I create a complete visual design — typography, colours, components, micro-interactions. Every screen is approved before it touches code. No “we'll figure it out in development”.
Development (Next.js / React)
I write the code from scratch for your project — no plugins upon plugins. React/Next.js, FastAPI if needed, integrations with payments, CRM, LLM, n8n. All tuned for Core Web Vitals.
Launch and support
Production deploy, domain setup, analytics, on-page SEO. 30-90 days of technical warranty. Afterwards you can choose ongoing care or pay hourly for further development.

My library347+ concepts
An original collection of website concepts across 11 categories — I've been building it for 2 years. I don't sell it as ready-made templates. We use it as a shared visual language: you pick the vibe, I design it for your brand, content and integrations. It can cut the project time by up to 50%.

Don't see your industry? That's normal — I'll tailor the layout, colours and sections 100% to your business. Pick the demo that best captures the vibe, and we'll do the rest together.
Hi, I'mPatryk.
Kredo Labs is a one-person web dev studio I run from Warsaw. I combine the roles of UX/UI designer and full-stack developer in React/Next.js, so from the first sketch to the production deploy I keep the whole product coherent.
I work solo — I don't delegate tasks to random subcontractors. If a copywriter, illustrator or SEO consultant is needed, I bring in trusted collaborators, but I coordinate everything personally.
I've been doing this for several years: company websites, landing pages, SaaS apps and automations. In parallel I build my own products, so I know what it means to design something you then have to ship for months.
Direct contact
You talk to the person who actually builds the project — not a salesperson, not a project manager, not an action plan in Notion.
Tech and business in one head
Beyond websites, I build my own SaaS products (Auto Import Pro, Pupil Pro, LegalLink). I know what it takes to ship a product and optimise it for conversion.
A deliberate project limit
I take up to 20 projects a year. Not because I couldn't do more — but to see each one through on time and to a standard I put my name on.
You own the code
Repository (GitHub / GitLab), documentation and full rights. No licensing tricks, no lock-in. You can move the project any time.
I'm not right for everyone — and that's OK.
A solid collaboration takes honesty up front. See whether we're a fit — before we even talk budgets.
I work best with people who:
- Know that a good website/app is an investment, not a race to the bottom on price.
- Want someone to guide them through the whole process — from idea to deploy.
- Are open to honest feedback and data-driven decisions, not “I feel it should be red”.
- Understand that polish takes time — and that time is what makes the difference in the end result.
I won't be a good fit if:
- You're after the cheapest business-card site “for tomorrow”, assembled from a ready-made WordPress template.
- Price is your main concern and you treat quality as optional.
- You just want “something online” without measuring any results.
- You don't want to answer questions about goals, clients and your offer — just “deliver something and be done”.
