Search engine and product catalogue for foot care, with multi-shop offer comparison

Context
An own platform on foot care: 38 guides and a catalogue of 1,912 products comparing offers across multiple shops. Revenue comes from affiliate links, which makes the credibility of the search itself the product rather than a nice-to-have.
Problem
Product comparison sites usually rank whatever pays the highest commission. Someone looking for a specific cream or file gets a seller's ranking instead of an answer — and stops trusting the whole site.
Solution
Offer ranking deliberately independent of commission: availability first, then total price, then data freshness. Search handles Polish text typed without diacritics, approximate inflection, domain synonyms and one typo from the fifth character. Production reads a snapshot bundled into the app rather than a separate service — at this catalogue size Elasticsearch would be cost without benefit.
My role (end-to-end)
The whole product: architecture, import and catalogue normalisation workers, the search engine, the Next.js front end, Docker-based development infrastructure, 1,097 unit tests.
