Context
An in-house service for people who rent out apartments. It assesses how well the rental deal is prepared, not the tenant as a person.
Problem
Landlords often hand over the keys without checking the contract, safeguards and documents. The gaps only surface in a dispute or when the flat is returned.
Solution
A four-step wizard (property, tenant, contract, safeguards) produces a risk report and a checklist to complete before handing over the keys. A handover report generator guides through seven steps and prints the document to PDF.
My role (end-to-end)
The whole product: concept, UX/UI, Next.js frontend, wizard and report logic, accessibility (WCAG AA), deployment on Vercel.
