A SaaS for pricing and risk analysis of car imports from the US, Canada, Japan and the UK
Context
My own SaaS product for companies importing cars from the US, Canada, Japan and the UK. It solves the industry's most common problem: no cost transparency before the auction.
Problem
Importers made auction decisions based on incomplete data — duty, VAT, excise, exchange rates, port costs and damage history calculated by hand in Excel. The result: mistakes, returns, hidden costs and frustrated end clients.
Solution
A full workflow from calculation to the client portal. Live exchange rates, 2026/2027 customs rates, damage history (title, recalls, service bulletins), a Risk Score™ in 30 seconds. A broker panel + white label for the end client.
My role (end-to-end)
The whole product end-to-end: strategy, UX/UI in Figma, front end (Next.js), back end (FastAPI), API integrations (exchange rates, VIN, auctions), infrastructure, marketing.
