KontoMapa
A personal account scanner that calculates real cost and benefit instead of the advertised bonus
Context
An original service that helps people choose a personal bank account. The user sets monthly income and card payments, and KontoMapa shows the cost, conditions and real benefit of every verified offer.
Problem
Account rankings usually push the biggest bonus or the highest commission. What the account costs when you miss the conditions, and the tasks needed to earn the bonus, stay buried in the terms.
Solution
A four-step scanner: habits, conditions, cost, recommendation. It first calculates the cost without meeting the conditions, then drops tasks the user does not want to do, and finally keeps only current, verified offers. Ranking position does not depend on commission, and the affiliation is openly disclosed.
My role (end-to-end)
The whole product: concept and comparison methodology, an offer data model with validation and freshness audits, the scanner in Next.js, MDX guides, unit and e2e tests.
