Context
A demonstrator for Facility Management teams that need one place to control sites, assets, inspections and maintenance work.
Problem
Technical records, statutory inspection dates and service orders are often split across spreadsheets, email and documents, obscuring ownership and cost.
Solution
A protected workspace combines sites, zones, assets, orders, preventive maintenance, contractors, reports and change history. A separate API provides roles, audit, exports and integration readiness.
My role (end-to-end)
Product concept, dashboard UX, full-stack architecture, frontend, API, data model, tests and deployment preparation.
